Windows 10: Remove Office 2010 from old Laptop to install in new laptop

My previous laptop went Black screened om me and and my local repair shop said that it was not worth repairing, this also happened with my wife's just before Christmas and i was able to activate our purchased copy of windows 2010, fast forward to this week and i did the same thing but what came up was you have used up your quota of available licenses. How do I remove the previous versions from devices no longer able to be booted up?

To transfer your Microsoft Visio 2010 Licensed to your new laptop

Uninstall first your MS Visio from your old laptop and install it on your newly laptop.

Note: If you don't know how to get the product key.

Step 1:

Open Visio. Click the "File" tab. Click the "Help" option.

Step 2:

Review the right third of the screen, just above the words "Microsoft Software License Terms." The words "Product ID" and their corresponding block of four sets of dashed numbers is directly above.

Do not format your PC just remove the program Visio itself.

Office 2010 Re-install question

Hi All,
I have an old laptop that needs replacing. It runs windows
10 home and also has Office 2010 installed. Office 2010 came with a 3 install
license and the last install was on this computer.
After I get my new laptop, I would like to reinstall office 2010 on it.
Q: how do I do that? Is there a way to uninstall and thus get back
the install to be able to install on the new laptop?
