Windows 10: Remove old device from phone link account

My old phone always shows up in the phone link app on my windows 11 PC. I cannot remove it.1. I don't have access to that phone any more so I cannot unlink from there2. There is NO option in the phone link app to remove that device, only "Select" it.3. I am logged into the phone link app with my MS account4. I have tried logging out of my account in the app then logging back in, but that old phone always returns in the list5. I have tried Resetting the phone link app by going to system > system components > Phone link > Reset or repair6. I have tried going to account.microsoft.com/dev

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

How to remove the unused old device from account?
