Windows 10: Remove organisation from old school-laptop

Hello!Last semester i graduated from my school, and therefore own my old school-laptop which i paid for during my time at the school. I recently wiped the laptop because i want a fresh start on it and would like to separate it from the school-account and the organisation it was administrered under. However, after reinstalling Windows and chrome, i noticed there was still a message saying it’s administered under an organization… something I don’t really like the thought of, because of privacy reasons and what would happen if there was a leak/hack of the schools database or anything like that.I’

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, is school Email listed there, if it is, is there an option to disconnect (not remove) from that account?

Select Access Work or School, is school Email listed there, if it is, is there an option to disconnect (not remove) from that account?

On the left, click 'Your Info' is that school account listed on that page?

 

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

Remove organisation from PC

Hi, Id like to remove the organisation from my pc.

I have removed the account from 'Access work or school' and logged out of one drive however some settings are still controlled by the organisation.
