Windows 10: REMOVE OUTLOOK APPLICATION

PLEASE REMOVE OUTLOOK APPLICATION THAT APPEARES ON MY SCREEEN EVERTIME I TRY TO OPEN MY EMAIL. THIS IS ANNOYING. THE MICROSOFT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISED ME TO DRAG OUTLOOK APPLICATION INTO RECYCLE BUT I TRIED AND IT WON'T WORK. PLEASE REPLY WITH THE CONTACT PERSON AND INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO DELETE THE IMAGE OUTLOOK APPLICATIONS ASAP. THANKS FOR YOUR PROMPT REPLY.PAUL JONES

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
