Windows 10: Remove Properties and Personal Information doesn't work

What the title says. It just doesn't work. Creating a copy with all properties removed creates a copy with all properties intact, and removing specific properties isn't possible - you can't select the properties to remove. This is as an admin, on any file type, on files that are not read-only, etc.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Error occures while removing properties and personal information

I am using Windows 7 professional.

I want to remove personal information from a .jpg file.

So, right click, choose properties, go to Details.

Click Remove Properties and Personal Information.

Select "Create a copy with all possible properties removed" and press OK.

Then a message pops up saying,

"An error occurred when writing the property 'Altitude' to the file xxxx.jpg.

Then change to, "Remove the following properties from this file" and by not checking the Altitude check box, press OK

an error message pops up again.

This time, it says,

"An error occurred when writing the property 'Latitude' to the file xxxx.jpg.

How can I remove the personal information related to GSP?
