  1. Remove red Onedrive "Make a backup" icon on Explorer

Onedrive wants me to make a backup of the files I have in that folder but I don't want a Onedrive backup of the folder I have a different documents folder for the files I want to backup. If I click the icon, I get the following windowwhich says Onedrive doesn't have enough space and wants me to get a subscription to get more space.Thing is... I don't need to backup those files, I don't need a subscription and I don't want a red icon on the address bar as if I were doing something wrong. How can I remove such icon?

    :)

Hi, I'm Anvar, I'd be glad to help you today on this

To remove OneDrive folder from file explorer will have to stop backup in OneDrive settings before unlinking account

    Kindly do below steps

Link OneDrive with your account again and wait till it completely sync

and click Backup in OneDrive settings and click backup settings and click stop backup for all items there

once the backup stopped for all items click on account tab and select choose folders

untick available offline option and click OK

once all above steps done unlink account and now OneDrive folder will be removed from fie explorer

    Hope this helps.

Removing OneDrive Green Check Mark Icons in Windows 10 file explorer

    Hi,
Does anyone know if one can remove the green check marks in file explorer that indicate that a file is synced on OneDrive?
If one is using list, details or small icon view, there is no way to visually see the file type.
    Thanks, Paul
