Windows 10: Remove taskbar from specific display in three display setup?

I have three monitors, two smaller ones stacked beside a larger display. Is they any way to have a taskbar on two of the three monitors? I want it so that the bottom of the two stacked ones has a taskbar while the top dose not.

1. Have you made any changes on your computer?
2. What is the make and model number of your computer?
3. Are the three monitors configured with different resolutions?

If the monitors are configured with different resolutions, please check if the issue persists when you use the same resolution and refresh rate settings on all the monitors.

We can try and perform few steps and see if it helps.

Method 1:
Update Display Drivers.

I would suggest you to update the Display Drivers from Device Manager. You can refer the Microsoft

Method 2: Enable taskbar on all displays to check if the issue persists.

1. Press Windows + I on your keyboard.
   
2. Select Personalization in the Settings.
   
3. Select Taskbar and scroll down to
   Multiple displays.
   
4. Toggle Show taskbar on all displays.

Restore display from "remove this display"

I had right clicked on the desktop and selected Display settings. My TV was list as a monitor there. I selected the monitor and clicked
Remove this display.

The above steps has not resolved my issue.

• Now click on Add a device.
