Windows 10: Remove the "Open Bing Chat in Edge" Button from Windows 11 Taskbar Search

Hi,I was wondering if there is a way to Remove the "Open Bing Chat in Edge" from Windows 11 Search, or at least make it invisible.I am refering to the Button in the Top-Right of this Screenshot:I am running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 Build 22621.1702.

How to remove Bing search

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

a) What is the exact issue that you face with Bing?

b) Is the issue related to Bing app?

c) Do you get issues with bing search in Windows Edge?

If you wish to set a different search for Windows Edge, here are the steps which might help you to set it as default search engine or home page.

• Open Windows edge.
• Click on More actions (Three dots ...)
• Click on settings.
• Click on view advanced settings.
• Turn on "Show the home button"
• Enter the URL of the website which you want to set as your home page.
• Close the Windows edge and open it again you will be able to get you desired webpage as your home page.

For Internet Explorer, refer to the following steps:

a) Type Internet options into the start search box

b) Press enter

c) Go down to search and select settings,

d) You can change it here.

Disable Bing Chat AI from the "Search" Window on Windows 11

I want to remove the icon, "Open Bing Chat in Edge", from from my "Search" window.

system info is:

• Edition Windows 11 Pro
  Version 22H2
  Installed on ‎10/‎31/‎2022
  OS build 22621.1702
  Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22641.1000.0
  
• Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10105 CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
  Installed RAM 12.0 GB (11.7 GB usable)
  System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
  Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
  

Under Settings ... Privacy & security ... Windows permissions ... Search permissions ... Under the “More settings” section, “Show Search highlights” is toggled to the off setting.

Yet the "Open Bing Chat in Edge" icon will not go away.

NOTE: I don't care about Edge. It is disable on it. I want it uninstalled, blocked and/or disable on my desktop!!!
