Windows 10: Remove Ubuntu dual-boot

    Remove Ubuntu dual-boot


    I currently have a Surface Pro 1 with Windows 10 that also has Ubuntu installed on it as well.
    I would like to remove Ubuntu and restore the default Windows boot manager.
    Right now, it's currently doing a Windows 10 reset (Remove all files from all drives and clean them), It's 45% done doing that.
    How would i go about restoring the Windows boot loader and remove GRUB, if the recovery from Windows 10 isn't sufficient

    I'm stuck on 10240 and can't install the November update

    I've read somewhere that it may be boot sector related? I used to have a dual boot with ubuntu on that system, and then removed it.

    Could it be related?
