Windows 10: Remove unauthorised admin

An known unauthorised person has been given access to my son's PC/Account. This person is now the admin user and I can not remove them after following all steps. When I get to the insert windows password screen no password works. Due to circumstances I am unable to contact the person. Steps already tried, settings - your info the unauthorised persons information is shown as admin. When I try manage the microsoft account there is no way to remove or signout. How do I remove this person as administrator and in totality for this account.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

admin password?

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

- Now that you have completed your development work you will want to put the batch file somewhere.
- Since you are not going to want to read the batch file before every use, you want to put it somewhere that is protected by Windows from unauthorised access, from hacking.
- You could just stick it somewhere in a subfolder of C:\Program files (x86)
- I prefer to create my own folder.
- Setting those permissions matches the permissions Windows uses to protect C:\Program files (x86)
- You are therefore forced to grant Admin permission before any change within C:\Tools just like you would be if you changed anything in C:\Program files (x86).

You had asked about why I had used C:\Tools in the shortcut example I gave in my post #9.
My own notes had omitted a step {clicking on Change permissions} so you got stuck at that step [your #31]. I added the step back in [#32, #11].
