Windows 10: Remove unwanted keyboard layouts

I have multiple keyboard layouts like this:However, My keyboard is en US format and I dont need india option. I just want en US and Nepali in my keyboard layout. In language and region settings, there are only one keyboard layouts per language. I tried Right click on Windows Start > select Windows PowerShell Admin. Copy and paste the following command and Enter in PowerShell - Get-WinUserLanguageListNow, you will get the list of languages which are installed. Make a note of language tag of the language which you want to retain. Let's say that this language tag is en-U
