Windows 10: Remove user account

I have 2 users on my laptop and I want to remove one of them. I've looked it up and it says to go to settings go to the account and press remove, but, there is not a remove button, only block. I went onto my microsoft account and tried to too remove from family and when I do, it says that the account has gave child consent and needs to remove it. Well, there is no child account on either accounts. How can I remove the account on my hp laptop with windows 10? My account is the administrator, also.

If you want to delete local user account on your Windows 10 computer, you can follow the steps below:

Note: When you want to delete a user account from your computer:

You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to delete a user account.

You will not be able to delete a user account that is currently signed in. You will need to sign out the user first.

Be sure to always have at least one enabled administrator account on the PC to avoid not being able to perform actions that require administrator rights.
