Windows 10: Remove User Microsoft Account Created When Installing windows 10

I entered a new Microsoft account email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** when installing windows 10 not knowing that it would create a user ms from that email address. Now programs are using that user's AppData folders instead of the ones associated with my user account.Is there a way to remove the Microsoft auto created account and all related data and have the system use my local account?That is, without doing a reinstall. I've been searching and reading for hours.

Creating and removing a user account in Windows 10

To answer your question, kindly follow the steps below:

To create a local user or administrator account:

Method 1:

• Open the Settings app.
• Click on Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Click on Add someone else to this PC.
• Enter a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.

To remove a user account or administrator account:

• Open the Settings app.
• Click on Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the user you want to delete under Other users and click on Remove.
• Accept the UAC (User Account Control) prompt.
• Select Delete account and data if you wish to delete account and the data and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: Only administrator user can delete a user account. Log on as the new administrator and delete your account.

Make sure you are using an administrative account when removing the account or log on using the Administrator's account.

Or, if you are patient and know what you are doing, manually remove it.
