Windows 10: Remove work/student account windows 11 where there is no "connect" option and I no longer...

I cannot remove a work/student account as per all the guidelines. I have more than 1 account, so that is not the issue. I cannot see "connect" which some have used to remove an account. It keeps asking me to sign in, but I no longer have that companies password. What do I do?

Reinstalled windows and it is requiring a work or student email to set up and I am no longer a student

I originally installed Windows 10 Student using my college student email a year or two ago.

I recently upgraded to Windows 11, but was having issues with some drivers and decided to reinstall Windows for a fresh start.

It's reinstalled but it is wanting me to use my work or student email to set it up, but I am no longer a student at that college. I tried using the same student email but it is saying "the administer does not allow user."

I'm willing to buy a product key for Windows 11 but it isn't giving me any other option besides to enter a work or student email.

Please help! How do I install and set up Windows 11 with my personal Microsoft account?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)
