Windows 10: Removed acces

Hello, my virus and threath protection has stopped working, it was saying admin removed rights or something, i tried to fix it my searching a already answered question, i tried to do it but now nothing works, i try to open control panel, it instantly close same with the settings, also search bar dosen't workCan someone help me?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

need to remove administrator acc

there is another acc called administrator but this acc is not have in this pc before window upgrade. I need to remove this acc cos my acc is created as administrator and I no need to come in this pc with that other acc called administrator. so I hope
someone help me.

If you wish to delete the Microsoft account from the computer, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

Note: To remove an account from the computer, you should have an Administrator account, other than the one you are trying to delete.

1. Log with the second user account on the computer.
   
2. Press Windows logo key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
3. Type control and click on
   OK.
   
4. Select Large icons from the drop down for
   View by.
   
5. Now, click on User Accounts.
   
6. Click on Manage another account and select the user account that you want to remove.
   
7. Click on Delete the account and select
   Keep Files (if you want to keep the files of the user account) else select Delete
   to remove the account.
