Windows 10: Removed or is it still here?

Discus and support Removed or is it still here? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I clicked on remove as my action. Is the threat/virus removed if it is why is there allow action there later? So.. is it gone or is it still there?...     I clicked on remove as my action. Is the threat/virus removed if it is why is there allow action there later? So.. is it gone or is it still there?
