Windows 10: Removing all files in the recovery. Buyer is picking up my pc on sunday. please help.

When i click remove everything after clicking get started to remove all files it says "could not find the recovery environment". I have watched youtube videos on how to fix this and i found out that my reagentc /info that my windows RE is disabled and when i try to enable it by entering reagent /enable it says REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found. Now i dont know what to do please help!

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

 

Help! File recovery software?

Anyone have any suggestions on good software to recovery as much data as possible from an accidentally erased hard drive? Workin on a client pc and it seems he took it to geek squad once and they may have erased the hdd. Preferably a freeware one but ill pay if necessary. This guy has tons of photos from his tour in Iraq and they are priceless! if i can recover at least some it will be worthwhile for him....and me!
