Windows 10: Removing an app

I am trying to uninstall tweakbit but it won’t let me because my daughter deleted a file associated with the app. When I try to uninstall a message box pops up that says: Messages file “C:\Program Files (x86)\TweakBit\DriverUpdater\unins000.msg” is missing. Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program. So we were going to download the app again but when it tried to replace it, it couldn’t because that one file is still missing. We checked the recycle bin and it’s empty. I tried going on the app to see if there was a “Restore previous versions” and it did not. Could you please help us to remove this app? Thank you!

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
