Windows 10: Removing Driver for Modem on Windows 11

Hi,About a month ago i installed samsung mobile driver from google for S21+ and it worked. And now two days ago i have an update for Samsung modem "SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. - Modem - 2.19.1.0" i installed it and restart my windows now i can't connect to internet because my Ip is showing 169.254.xx.xx it only connect when i changes my Ip to 192.168.xx.xx i search my modem driver in device manager but i cant find it i also checked in hidden devices but it not there i also tried thesenetsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns but still can't

• Right-click on it then look for the driver related to your ZTE
  modem.
• Once located, click on the drop down button and choose Update driver.

USB hsf fax modem driver not found in windows 10

Thank you for your continued patience on this issue.

At this point, I suggest you to install the drivers for the
fax/modem in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Please follow the below steps.

• 
  Right-click on the setup file and click on "Properties".
  
• 
  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
  
• 
  Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
