  1. Removing Microsoft Store

    Hey,

I tried removing Microsoft Store via PowerShell, so I did:
    PS C: \ WINDOWS \ system32>
    DISM / ONLINE / REMOVE PROVISIONEDAPPXPACKAGE / PACKAGENAME: Microsoft.WindowsStore_12002.1001.113.0_neutral_ ~ _8wekyb3d8bbwe

    But then I got:
    Error: 87

The / PACKAGENAME: option is missing a required argument.
For more information, refer to the help for the / PACKAGENAME: option.

The DISM log file can be found at C: \ WINDOWS \ Logs \ DISM \ dism.log

    How can I solve that?

    :)

  2. Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

  3. Remove Microsoft account from Windows store

    Hi, Abbas.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, I understand your concern and we will try to assist you the best way we can.

As per your query, I am led to believe that you want to remove your Office PC from the list of devices that you have configured to Windows Store.

If that is the case then, I suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Open Windows Store, click on the symbol that contains your username.

    2. Locate and click on View Account, this will redirect you to the
    Microsoft account page.

    3. On the page, click on Devices.

    4. Now select the Device that you wish to remove and click on Remove PC.

    Hope this information helps.
