    Removing OneDrive access from laptop.


    After Reading and Attempting several Forum solutions I am also coming to same results as many contributors are. OneDrive re-appears installed and becomes default storage autonomously. I end-up with pictures from screenshots and all the office applications repopulate with OneDrive. In addition, one of the methods for un-mapping and removing OneDrive has cause permanent desktop.ini loss which I have slowly been rebuilding. I have also had to recreate Document folders in User Profiles and now need to browse to locate and save files to avoid the OneDrive re-occurrence and quite frankly the mes

    I will try that... do you think I have complete access to replace the monitor cable without dismantling the laptop from step 1? *Eek! Removing OneDrive access from laptop. :eek:

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

    Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

    If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

    I'm selling my old laptop and can't seem to be able to remove OneDrive access from it. I don't want the buyer to be able to access my OneDrive obviously.

    PLease advise how I remove access to OneDrive from my old laptop.
