Windows 10: REMOVING PERSONALIZED SETTINGS FOR WEB CUSTOMIZATION

Fat-app Teamsfat as it uses loads of ram made my pc go haywire, so I closed it using the power button, when I boot it next time after unlocking it, I found a white box on black screen which reads out "Removing Personalized Settings for Web Customization", I am trying to remember when did I see this box earlier and then I get it, I saw it when I was Factory resetting my dad's HP Pavilion 15-N201AX, and know what? Mine is an HP too. I am scared as my laptop is still on that screen for 30+ mins and I don't want that my data gets erased, I have not made a recent hdd backup too.

Windows 10 Free Upgrade_Setting Up Personalized Settings For Web Customization Problem

My Windows 7 Ultimate Free Upgrade into Windows 10 got stucked on "Setting Up Personalized Settings For Web Customization" for 2-consecutive days now. Please help on how to proceed step-by-step, otherwise pls. help me to System Restore the whole process
in order for to get back on my previous OS.

 

Stuck Setting up personalized settings for Web Platform Customization


In the installation, after the 'Getting things ready' and 'Hi' and logging on pages, it didn't show a desktop, just a not responding window that is saying 'Setting up personalized settings for Web Platform Customization'
How can I fix that? By the way, my PC isn't connected to the internet right now. Does that affect it?
