    Please help me learn how to remove images for the "My Info" section of Microsoft Account. I have deleted the images from pictures and from cloud pictures but they are still present on the "My Info" section.

    Hi,

    To better assist you, we would like to have a screenshot of the round images you're referring to, and of the error message if there's any. Make sure that you cover/erase any personal information before posting it (e.g name, phone number, or email).

    Please help me learn how to remove the round images shown above my name on the "My Info" section of Microsoft Account. I have deleted the images from pictures and from cloud pictures but they are still present on the "My Info" section.

    C:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures; delete items.
    (AppData is a 'Hidden' folder)

    If you change the picture in Settings-Accounts it will remove the pic.

    Are you signed on as Administrator?
    Are you showing 'Hidden Files, Folders and Drives'?
