Windows 10: removing 'show more options' in file epxlorer

Hi,As a lot of people have already complained about the new 'show more options' menu is really ****. especially since standard actions like paste are under show more options. It seems no one that thought of this feature actually worked with windows and file explorer in a normal way otherwise they would never be hidden under another button.So I want to personalize the contact menu or at least just give me all the options again in default, but I can not be messing in the registry on a company laptop.I assume that Microsoft has an actual change/ update or something to change this.So my questions

Remove account

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.
