    Rename PC problem


    After installing Win10 Pro to my PC, I want to rename my PC. I go to Settings>system>about as per manual said. Unluckily, after click "about" button, my windows back to normal screen. No information on "About" section as normal, it likes closing system page. Other sections under System are ok. What shall I do to make "About" to work out as normal so that I can rename my PC.

    Renaming PC

    Did the steps to rename my pc but when I restarted the computer it didn't change on my screen.

    Went back in to re-do it but it was showing the new name. So, I restarted again to see if it would change on my log in screen and it didn't. Old name shows when waking the pc to log in but new name is listed when I go to About PC. What am I doing wrong?

    Rename PC problem

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
