Windows 10: Rendering issues with our .Net application post windows patch

Recently, we've encountered rendering issues with our .NET application following a Windows patch update for Windows 10 Version 22H2. Specifically, after applying the cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8, and 4.8.1, we've noticed intermittent problems with image rendering in our application. One of our clients, who utilizes our application built on C# based .NET Framework 4.8 which utilizes ActiveX to draw the imagesJPG to the front end, reported sporadic occurrences of missing images. Sometimes, during an app installation, it needs a specific version of .NET Framework. In those cases, it might automatically install and activate that version. Is it the same in your case?

Also, are you trying to download and install .net framework because it is a pre-requisite for another application/program to run?

.NET framework files not patching

We have machines showing as missing patches even though the patches are either applied or are not applicable. We've tried running patches manually 4338825 and 4103727 but both say they are not applicable. Tenable is accurately reporting the file version
it says is vulnerable, but we can't figure out how to update these files. Other machines show the proper version of these files. Anyone have any ideas what MS KB/Patch might fix this or if there is another issue going on?
