Windows 10: Renewal Microsoft 365

Hello there, I paid for renewal Microsoft 365. but nothing happened. How to solve this issues please? its family packages free trial for one month. Thank you.

We understand your concern as you would like to stop the auto-renew option for Office 365 subscription because you have another one from your workplace.

In this scenario, we would suggest you perform these steps and stop Auto-Renew.

1. Sign in
   www.login.live.com with the Microsoft account that is associated with Office 365.
   
2. Click on Service & subscriptions
   and below you will get the list, where you will have Office 365. Click on
   Turn off auto-renew.
   
3. Also scroll down and select Stop recurring billing or cancel a subscription.

If you still have issue in stopping the auto-renew or canceling the subscription then you can

contact support for free to get help with account and billing issues.
