Windows 10: Renewal of Windows defender - spam?

I have received and email thanking me for completing another year with Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection but I have not renewed it. It seems to be SPAM - the email address also looks suspicious

Redirecting

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

  Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Programs and Features”.

  Click on “View Installed Updates”.

Windows Defender problem

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Windows Defender Notification spam

Why Windows Defender continuous spam with notification? i try to turn it off.. to full scan my pc but it didn't find nothing..
