Windows 10: Reopen fault in sleep function.

Still failure to finish displaying the quick launch bar.I got a message that "the task management window was still open" when I went to restart.what is that?The protected restart temporarily fixed the problem, but I need the other functions, like thunderbird updater, Steam, Epson event manager.and the other main system-related updaters.The only "stranger" program I can see is Irfanview, and it is not active. I am using MSPaint.I did not have this problem with windows 10..I can do without some of the Avast advanced functionality, but I am keeping the basic Avast.Functions like "secure VPN" , "r

Since the Sleep option is not available in both System and Power Sleep settings, I suggest that you run the Power troubleshooter to help us determine what might be causing this problem. Follow these steps:

• In the Cortana search, type in Troubleshoot, and select it in the search results.
• Under Troubleshoot, click Power, then Run the troubleshooter.
• Hit Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Let the troubleshooter finish and share with me the results. Please take note if you encounter further errors.

Issues that arise after waking up the PC from sleep mode might have been caused by a software conflict or system file corruption. For us to clarify the issue, we would like to ask these questions:
