Windows 10: Repacing 32 bit os with 64 bit without usb

I have a laptop with Windows 10 home edition 32 bit. My mechine supports 64 bit os. Now i have not an usb to install 64 bit windows image. The direct upgarde isn't possible in 32 bit from 64 bit. How to replace my 32 bit os with 64 bit

Just search. There was plenty of discussion on that.
Some time ago there were issues with 64-bit adoption (availability of drivers, etc). But that's past.

It's no-brainer now. Go 64-bit.

64-bit OS will run 32 bit applications same as 32-bit OS
64-bit OS will not boost CPU performance, but will allow all 4 GB of your memory to be used (32-bit would limit it to 3.x GB)
64-bit OS will allow DX10/11 games to run faster because of better handling on GPU memory access

How can I change my Windows 10 32-bit OS to 64-bit as I've a 64-bit based processor?

I tried downloading the Windows 10 64-bit OS from the microsoft site like an ISO file and tried running it, but it says that this pc can't run that software where Windows 10 32-bit was already installed. Then, I tried installing it online but it didn't show
me any option to select between 32-bit and 64-bit instead directly installed the windows 10 32-bit again. Now I'm really helpless how to change my OS to 64-bit as I've a x64-bit based processor. Somebody please help me..............,
