Windows 10: Repair broken Explorer

Hi,I'm currently experiencing issue with Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview OS Build 27764.1000 according to winver command.As mentioned in the title, only Windows Explorer isn't working. I'm currently running Explorer++ so I can browse my files and keep using my computer. Window's Explorer will start, but then hang. In other words, once launched, I'll see a wait cursor I wanted for 20 minutes or so, and it was still looping.I ran some DISM commands. Here are the errors found : Failed to access the image folder or image's windows folder several occurrencesNo providers were found that support

Is my graphics card broken?

I have a Sapphire HD 4830.

When I boot into XP all is initially fine and I am able to see the desktop.

However, when I click on the start bar and navigate a few steps, I receive an immediate white screen of death and a total irrecoverable lock-up.

I am confused about what this could mean and I would be grateful for any suggestions on the best course of action to test and repair the problem.

Does this sort of issue suggest that the graphics card is irretrievably broken?

Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
