Windows 10: Repair Disk Error

I have a HP laptop, windows 11. Today I got an Intel Display update on my device which i installed after that the whole issue started..Just as the installation was completed, there was an error which said something like "can't display image" and only a half of my taskbar was visible.I saw that none of the functions were working anymore and tried to restart the laptop after which the automatic diagnos by windows started but it also shoed errorI then reset my PC keeping my files and folders option then the diagnose finally started and now i shows " Reparing disc errors. This might take over an

The first step worked for me thank you. Windows did the repair and it no longer shows disk errors
