Windows 10: Repair Loop No Regback

Hello on the directory C:\Windows\System32\Config\Regback there is no files the directory is like this:I accidently deleted one of the files on regedit i think thats why it caused this to happen. Is there a any way to reset regedit or re-install only Windows without deleting my data?

My OS is in auto repair loop, how can I install Windows on a new drive

On one computer all tweaking repairs available were ran and did not fix a problem.
A system restore was performed.
In Windows RE the tweaking registry backup was seen.
I've not yet restored a registry other than the regback method.
The software I'll look at again to see if it has instructions from Windows RE.

Once the automatic regback is available it will a useful step for computers where the OP does not yet have an external drive that is large enough for the backup image.

So i found a possible repair on fixing the current situation o the infinte loop from this fourm http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...-recovery.html around step 13 it said"If any one of them are 0 bytes, then you should stop what you're doing now and seek an alternative method of recovering your system, because Windows cannot function with a 0-byte size registry hive ".i have 0 as my "RegBack" values and i can't find an alternate fix please help.
