    Hello, I am Ahmed,I am trying my best to fix windows to be able to update it to windows 11 without losing my data.when I run the command dir drive-letter: to check where the windows device is located it says :"drive-letter:" is not a recognized device. "drive-letter:" is not a recognized device.
