Windows 10: Repairing file \??\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start...

We keep getting, Repairing file \??\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\\OneDrive.lnk from store after running sfc /scannow. I created a file with V2 log collector 1.11. Who should I send mt file to?

Hello, Sorry for the bother but I was hoping someone might shed light on an Issue I keep having.

From time to time my computer suffers a complete crash where the screen can lock up and task manager shows no information at all.

I'm not very tech savy but I have ran SFC and noted that files that were corrupted have been restored (Repairing file \??\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\\OneDrive.lnk from store)

I viewed a previous post that had a similar issue and noted that they sent you a minidump.

Please can you help me shed some light on this issue.
