Windows 10: Repairing/Finding 'Windows.Web.dll' to solve FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE BSODs

I've gotten a few BSODs in the past weeks with FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE, and since I've been getting drive error notifications and failing `sfc /scannow` runs I assumed that these could be linked. When I right click on my C: drive and go to `Properties > Tools > Error Checking > Check` I get the message "We found errors on this drive. To prevent data loss, repair this drive now". This computer is a workstation for my creative job so I'm trying to avoid clean reinstalling, which would cost weeks in restoring old data and settings.When running `sfc /scannow` I get:Beginning system

If you are unable to boot to the desktop, I suggest you to run Startup repair from Advance boot option.

It may ask you to insert the Installation DVD/USB while doing startup repair.

You have to create an installation media for that.

Once your media is ready follow the steps.

  After you boot your computer using Windows 10 CD/ DVD or System Repair Disc, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.

  Click on Repair your computer in the lower left corner.

  Next, choose the operating system by clicking on its button.

I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

Does someone know it?

They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.
