Windows 10: Repairing RAW problem in SD Card

Hi,Recently by mistake, I removed SD card 4GB without properly ejecting it from my laptop Windows 10. The SD card now does not work on any of my laptops. I tried to use CHKDSK command to fix and repair, but this command does not work for RAW drives/errors. I also tried changing the letter drive without any solution.I think most solutions do not work on RAW problems.I do not want to use external utilities, as they may have come with other challenges virus/malware, etc.I am wondering if anyone in this community have suggestions or solutions to this. Soo, my Micro SD now isn't functionable and I can't format it and it says that it's RAW now..

Please any suggestions ?

In part, relating to SD card removal this is what was said:

To safely remove the SD card from your phone

Before you take the card out of your phone, you need to go through a few steps on your phone first. Otherwise, it can cause problems with the card itself or the files on it.

  Tap SD card, pan down and tap Remove SD card, and then tap

  In the Safe to remove message box, tap OK, and then take the card out of your phone.

Yes to have your phone scan the card and try to fix any errors. If you see an
