    Repairing Windows Store and Settings Apps


    I did a repair install hoping that it would fix the problem of the Windows Store app not working. But it didn't. Now a few months later, the Settings app suddenly doesn't work. Sfc/scannow reports corrupted files. I tried resetting the aps and reregistering them, but that didn't resolve the problem either.Does a repair/install only replace the Windows folder or should it replace the folder Program Files? where these apps are stored?

    Cannot install any apps from windows store

    I can't think of anything else.

    lx07 already suggested a Repair install, that's all I can think of

    Read through the tutorial and ask any questions

    I suggest
    Step 4 : To do a repair install of Windows 10 with an ISO file
    -- OR --
    Step 5 : To do a repair install of Windows 10 with USB installation media
