In 'word' when changing the language entry on the keyboard the font changes from regular to bold and vice versa; how do i stop that

I cannot open Google Chrome after Windows 10 update August 2020

Hi, I'm Elise, an independent advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

I would suggest removing chrome and reinstalling it, you can remove it by going to Settings > Apps, find chrome in the list and select to uninstall.

You can then download/install from google again, this usually solves most issues.

With office I would suggest running an office repair, instructions for this are available here:

Thanks for the response and I do apologize on the delayed on mine.

Kindly follow the steps below

Press windows key + R

Type appwiz.cpl and press enter

programs and features will pop-up, list of installed applications on your windows will show

Scroll down and locate the Microsoft Office installed on your windows computer

Click on the Application and select Change

Click on Quick Repair and follow the onscreen instruction until repair completes
