  1. Repeated Audio issues


    After updates the sound has started giving problem
    Winver 1809 OS build 17763.195
    Windows10 64bit
    Have tried updating/uninstalling/reinstlling Realtek driver multiple times but unable toresolve the issue
    Also tried deleting user and creting new user
    Troubleshooting only works till such time the date changes
    After running Trouble shoot sound problems following occurs

    SaysAudio format not set to default
    Then ask to open sound enhancement - I press Yes
    Play Sound
    Then it ask for sound qualty
    -Good
    -Bad
    -No sound

    I click on No Sound
    runs for few seconds and asks to restart
    Sound starts working

    Net day I have to run the Trouble shoot sound problem again to make sound work
    This I have been doing everyday now

    Please follow these steps and check if that helps.



    Method1: I suggest you to run an audio troubleshooter.

    Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

    Refer these steps:

    • Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

    • Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

    • Run the playing Audio troubleshooter.



    Method2: Uncheck the enhancement feature in sound options.

    • Press X from the key board and select control panel.
    • Select sounds under control panel.
    • Go to advance setting and uncheck the enhancement feature and check if that helps.

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
