HelloI'm having a series of repeated BSODs for the last month, and I've tried updating windows and graphics drivers and other software. The problem still persists, and I did run a memory diagnostic and SFC scans. None have worked, I noticed that when looking into the dump files it generates a file after the BSOD has occurred. Is there someone available that can look into the Minidump files. I don't know how I link a dump file here.

    :)

    Repeating BSOD in window 11

    Hello, Microsoft support.

My laptop is currently keep on repeating BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). I tried to go on the repair mode but it didn’t let me. I tried on doing what I can do and none of them works and it’s keeps resetting and showing BSOD. The laptop that I’m using is Dell Inspiron 14 2 in 1. If possible, please send instructions step by step what I can do. Thank you.

    Repeated BSODs - Please Help

Over the last couple of days, I noticed I was getting BSODs during gameplay (Final Fantasy 14), but not at other times.

I went about trying to fix things, as suggested by people who play the same game and were getting similar issues. To that end, I changed some game settings, and did the following:

    • Updated GeForce drivers
    • Installed a driver management program and updated everything
    • Ran Windows Update and installed everything that would install
    • Ran the Windows RAM memory check, which said there were no issues
    • Ran SFC, which said there were no issues
    • I've now moved onto a new profile, which some people have suggested will help

    Here's the latests BlueView log:
