Windows 10: Repeated BSOD with Error in Dump File Creation

Hello! I built a pc around a month ago, and it consistently crashes. The computer will enter a BSOD which has the error code "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" and then on restart I will be stuck in bios infinitely until I press the power button. It happens more frequently when I am doing intensive tasks like gaming, but has also occurred while just using Google or even while in sleep mode.The main issue is I cannot find any info on what causes the crashes. No dump files have been created even though I've tried making dump and minidump files, and event viewer just gives a basic error message due to the

BSOD / Dump File creation failure 161

For the past 3-4 weeks, i got BSOD like one time a day and then today i got BSOD 3 times in 4 hours. In event viewer i got this error "dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation. 161". When i try to look at C:/Windows/Minidump the folde is empty and no minidump file on C:/Windows. How to fix this problem please help me.

Installed on ‎6/‎29/‎2022
OS build 19044.1806
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

all is fine until BSOD attack my PC in unpredicted way

the error is Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.

is there any advice to resolve this issue i had this issue for more than 2 weeks and didnt solve *Sad
the goal is to show the dump file so i can trace what the cause of BSOD appear.

your help should be great for me.
