Repeated crashes and faulting application paths

I started having issues with repeated BSOD and reboots two weeks ago. I have a Dell inspiron 7506 working on windows 10, went through dell support and was told it's a software issue which they won't help diagnose for free. I went through windows fresh start and reset my computer to conditions when I bought it in mid-january. I'm still having graphics card failures and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot. I've updated my graphics drivers manually through my computer already.

Reliability reports say my most recent problems post-reset and updates are with my igfxCUI Service Module event name: BEX64 and Intel Graphics Command Center Service event name: CLR20r3. Can anyone provide guidance on how to fix these issues?

    :)

    Hi Bushido,

Welcome to the 10forums Repeated crashes and faulting application paths :)

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    Attachment 97639

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window.

There seem to be a lot of app crashes from Realtek audio, I would suggest a reinstallation of the drivers.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I am using Mcafee Total Protection. Correct me if I am wrong, Windows Defender only protects you if you are using their website Microsoft Edge but not when you are using Yahoo and Google Chrome sites.

No multi firewalls like Mcafee. I can not turn off Mcafee with better security features. What shall I do? For now I ended task of Windows Defender Notification under task manager and see what happens. Do you any other suggestion to correct this faulting
application path? Which service do we disable? Standing by, and ManyThanks for your prompt reply.

the problem is probably coming from something else - like the sound card driver.
