Windows 10: Repeated Crashing of Apps

SO, recently there have been a few things happening to my Lenovo V330-14IKB laptop running Windows 10 (1803).



First, Magnifier would randomly enter docked mode from full screen.


Second, Chrome started giving me some Aw Snap! messages.


Then, when I wanted to swipe desktops, the screen would turn black for ~2 seconds.


Next, Chrome would crash every time I went to another desktop giving no error


After, I did get an error, chrome.exe - Application error || The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000008) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFF89D8A388.


Then, applications like Discord and Groove Music would crash randomly too, also not giving errors.


If anyone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
