Windows 10: Repeated error when using media creation tool for an inplace upgrade

So, I'm trying to perform an inplace upgrade using the media creation tool, but it turns out I got this error. Any idea on what I should do now? or how to fix it? I followed the steps using this website but it gave me error code 0x80070005. I just tried to use the Media Creation Tool in an admin account to create a USB installation drive and had the error below. Has anyone experienced this and solved the error?
