  1. Repeated hacker attempts to access my account - Nothing done by Microsoft

I was recently hacked on Microsoft leading to spending of 125 USD on Skype which cannot be unlinked from Microsoft. Fair enough, I have now changed password and have set up multi-factor authentication etc. All steps to protect my account - however i can still see there are over 50 daily attempts to access my account from all over the world and microsoft is doing nothing to stop this. It is only a matter of time before they "guess" the password and withdraw money from my account againPersonally i cannot do more than regularly change passwords and continue using multi-factor authentication how

Can a hacker access all user accounts?

If you were hacked then it would initially mean the user account you were using at the time had been hacked. Only those areas of the computer that that user account had access to would be accessible to the hacker.
    - If the hacked user account was a Standard user account then only that user account's folders would be accessible.
    - If the hacked user account was an Admin user account then all other user accounts' folders would also be accessible.

Naturally, having gained a foothold the hacker would attempt to go further and infiltrate all other areas of the computer but that would be a separate task.

  3. How to find out which of my accounts or apps a person is attempting to access?

    Mostafa,

I appreciate your attempts to help, but you are clearly not understanding what is happening. Somebody is attempting to login to something - a website like this one, an app like a game, or an account like my email - that uses my Microsoft credentials, and I have NO WAY of finding out which website, app, nor account they are attempting to access. The only thing that is shown to me by following the link you posted are the apps that I have given permission to use my Microsoft credentials for logging into the apps. The information on that site about when I last used the apps in the list is incorrect. It says that I have not used some of the apps for several years, when, in fact, several apps showing that I last used them in 2018 or 2019 have been used as recently as last month. So, ONCE AGAIN, I still do not know what apps/sites/accounts the person(s) is attempting to access because the ONLY thing that I am getting is a notification from Microsoft Authenticator (which I use for 2-step verification) that I need to pick the correct 2-digit code within Microsoft Authenticator. If I somehow correctly respond to these notifications, it will give the hacker access to whatever apps/sites/accounts of mine that they are attempting to access. Therefore, I deny access every time I receive a notification from Microsoft Authenticator that does not correspond with my own attempts to login to sites, apps, or accounts.

I must ask that unless you or anyone else is able to help me escalate this issue or tell me how I can obtain information about which accounts, apps, or websites the hacker is attempting to access using my Microsoft credentials that you please not respond to this post. Thank you.

    Thank you for the advice

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
