Windows 10: Repeated Installs of 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems...

Every update inquiry prompts me to repeat the installation of 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB4023057 even though this update is clearly shown has been updated in the control panel list of installed programs.I don't believe that this is a priority issue for me... but a question about why it is happening? And will it go away on its own when the next major system update occurs next month?

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.
