    Repeated issues with Deskjet 2620 printer


    My family has had an issue with our HP Deskjet 2620 printer for scanning our documents. Yesterday, a relative of mine was supposed to scan and submit documents but the scanner refused to work. This was puzzling as I had been the one to set it up; I had checked the cables, and the power outlet, and I launched the app with little to no difficulty, I had access to the 'scan' option with the belief things would go smoothly for them later. Only to receive messages and screenshots stating that it was offline and not working. When I returned home and checked, I found that the HP Smart app wouldn't l

    I realize your concern. Let me help you with this issue.

    I suggest you to run Printer troubleshooter. Follow the steps.

    • Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
    • In the left pane click on View all.
    • Select the Printer option and follow the on screen instructions.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

    Which browser are you using to download?

    I suggest you to open Internet Explorer in “No Add-Ons” mode”
    and check. To open Internet Explorer in No Add-Ons” mode refer to the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + R.
    • Type “iexplorer –extoff” and press Enter.
    • Now try to open Outlook.com and check if issue persists.

    If issue still persists, I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe mode with Networking and then try to download. Refer to the article below to boot to Safe mode with Networking:

    same issue, windows 10 v2004 19041.331

    HP DESKJET 2620 printer (wifi), installed, online, visible with HP SMART program

    i installed kb4567523 and it did not fix the issue.
