Windows 10: Repeated message "Acrobat failed to load its core dll"

About every 10 minutes my lap top will appear a message "Acrobat failed to load its core dll" though I've uninstalled Adobe reader completely and I've scan for virus for many times. Could you please help to show me how to fix this? Thank you.

There are many old solutions posted for Windows 7 8 & Vista

Is there one that works in Windows 10?

My Acrobat Reader app wont load suddenly. When I attempt to start it, it returns an error that says, "Adobe failed to load its core dll". When I attempt to uninstall it, I receive a (2503) uninstall error. What files in c:/ (86x) do I need to rearrange to
fix this error and where? Thank you.
