Windows 10: Repeated Update?

Had to do a restore psoint last night because of a faulty driver update through Windows Update and was able to reapply updates to get things working again properly. Today I had another update KB4023057 That wasn't installed: so now I installed it and windows keeps trying to install the update multiple times. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb4023057-update-health-tools-windows-update-service-components-fccad0ca-dc10-2e46-9ed1-7e392450fb3aI tried using the Windows Update Troubleshooter but it made no difference. Do I need to clear the update cache maybe?Advice is appreciated.

Still can't reproduce. Could you please post the exact BIOSes that produce the issue?

Followed your suggested steps however updates still repeat so have used the Show or Hide Updates tool which has solved the repeat problem for these two driver updates.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
